Legend Trail is a North Scottsdale golf community comprised of seven neighborhoods housing  729 single family homes and condos. Amenities include community club house, fitness center, multiple outdoor pools, tennis courts, hiking and biking trails and a 18-hold golf course with a restaurant and a golf-pro shop.

VILLA MONTEREY

Villa Monterey is a central Scottsdale 55+ community located near Fashion Square Mall and Scottsdale Waterfront. Homes were built between 1961 and 1969 and include townhomes and condos. Residents have access to a club room, tennis court and organized activities.

SCOTTSDALE HEIGHTS:

Scottsdale Heights is a newly built gated 55+ community in North Scottsdale offering villa style single story homes in a beautiful desert setting.  Homes will be equipped with modern kitchens, open floor plans, spacious closets and many designer features. Residents will have access to a community pool and spa, BBQ pavilion, bocce ball court and a dog park.

GOLDEN KEYS:

Golden Keys is located in South Scottsdale and was developed in 1964 by Dell Trailor and consists of 184 townhomes offering two to three bedroom and two car garages. Residents have access to a clubhouse, heated community pool, bocce ball court and nearby public parks.  Popular stores, restaurants and art museum are wishing a short distance from the community.

HERRITAGE VILLAGE IV:

Heritage Village IV is a 55+ community located within Scottsdale Ranch, a large family friendly community with an abundance of amenities.  Heritage Village has it’s own clubhouse and pool but has also access to Scottsdale Ranch Boat Club, Park & Tennis Center and the newly renovated Community Center with beautiful lake views.
